- All four completion tiers ship: self-report (half XP), AI-reviewed photo proof, the server-verified focus timer, and GitHub-push verification for coding quests.
- A guided first-run onboarding walks new players through the loop.
- Each quest can pull a few suggested YouTube videos for its skill, and body/craft quests can get async AI coaching feedback on your form from a short video — pure coaching, never tied to XP.
- Parties and co-op quests, and the full adaptive planner, come after that. Android first; iOS later.
