// real-life rpg + ai coach — in development
The RPG where XP is real
Level up yourself, not a character. LifeQuest gives you quests, skill trees and ranks for your actual life — and only counts XP when there's evidence you did the work. An AI coach plans your week and adjusts when life happens.
Fake XP is easy. That's the problem.
Every life-RPG app before this one trusts a checkbox. Tap, tap, tap — level 40, changed nothing. LifeQuest pays full XP only for proof, and it's honest when you self-report instead.
Sensor-verified
FULL XPWorkouts from your watch via Apple Health or Health Connect — wearable-written data only, manual entries don't count. Code from real GitHub pushes. Focus time from the built-in timer.
Photo proof
FULL XPSnap evidence in the app — the gym, the finished essay, the whiteboard. In-app camera only, checked by AI, duplicates rejected.
Self-report
HALF XPSometimes there's no proof, and that's fine — tick the box and take half XP. It's labeled, not hidden. Your rank stays worth something.
The loop
Get quests
Pick 2–3 goals. Your AI coach turns them into this week's quests, sized to your actual schedule.
Do the thing
Train, study, build, speak. The game happens in real life — the app just keeps score.
Show proof
Sensor data, a photo, a commit. Verified quests pay full XP into your skill tree.
Coach adjusts
Crushed the week? Quests grow. Struggled? They shrink. No shame spiral, just a next step.
Four trees. One character.
Every skill you train climbs a tree, every tree feeds a domain rank — E to S.

Where the build actually is
- Core loop is live in development builds: goals, quests, XP, skill trees, ranks and streaks.
- Verification tiers and the AI coach are in active development — self-report (half XP) ships first.
- Parties and co-op quests come after that. Android first; iOS later.
- No ads, no selling your data. The plan is a fair subscription once it's worth paying for.
